BrightPeak Group is a group of three Ofsted Good independent training providers operating across England. It delivers apprenticeships, employability programmes, skills training and SEND support through its brands Workpays, WS Training and Orangebox.

Yes. All three brands are independently inspected and rated Good by Ofsted — Workpays in May 2022, WS Training in August 2022 and Orangebox in April 2024.

BrightPeak operates across England. Workpays covers the Midlands, WS Training is based in Suffolk, and Orangebox serves the North East.

Workpays delivers employability programmes and apprenticeships across the Midlands. It is rated Good by Ofsted.

WS Training delivers commercial training and apprenticeships, and runs a study programme for young people with SEND, based in Suffolk. It is rated Good by Ofsted.

Orangebox delivers education, skills, employability and commercial training in the North East. It is rated Good by Ofsted.

Yes. BrightPeak works with employers through apprenticeships, workforce development and bespoke commercial training delivered by its brands.

Both. Much of our training is government-funded and free to eligible learners, while other provision is paid or commercial. Eligibility depends on your circumstances, so get in touch and we will check what you qualify for.
