What is BrightPeak Group?
BrightPeak Group is a group of three Ofsted Good independent training providers operating across England. It delivers apprenticeships, employability programmes, skills training and SEND support through its brands Workpays, WS Training and Orangebox.
Which brands are part of BrightPeak Group?
Is BrightPeak rated by Ofsted?
Yes. All three brands are independently inspected and rated Good by Ofsted — Workpays in May 2022, WS Training in August 2022 and Orangebox in April 2024.
What areas does BrightPeak Group cover?
BrightPeak operates across England. Workpays covers the Midlands, WS Training is based in Suffolk, and Orangebox serves the North East.

Is BrightPeak training free or paid?
Both. Much of our training is government-funded and free to eligible learners, while other provision is paid or commercial. Eligibility depends on your circumstances, so
